Charlie Hall, President of Hall Consulting Services, is one
of 240 Certified Building Service Executives (CBSE) in the United States. 



The CBSE designation is a designation awarded by the Building Service Contractors
Association International (BSCAI) that indicates the individual has met
educational requirements, passed a rigorous examination, and ascribes to a
pledge to uphold the professionalism in all aspects of his/her business. Fewer
than 1% of all facility service professionals have achieved this type of
certification. The BSCAI is the IFMA of the building service industry and
represents over 4000 member companies
 internationally.

As the founder and former owner of several facilities
service companies, as well as roles in senior management with 2 regional
janitorial service providers, he brings over 23 years of experience as a leader
in operations, management, quality control and business development in retail,
banking and commercial facilities services.

Charlie has served on the BSCAI Annual Convention and
Education Planning Committe and has co-created and helped facilitate national
training presentations on sales and marketing.


As an entrepreneur, Charlie founded and/or developed
All-Type Service Company, Professional Cleaning Network, AirRite Air Duct
Cleaning, Hallcorp Building Services and Precision Cleaning and recently
served as Director of Business Development for Facilities Management Services,Inc.
(FMS)

Under his leadership, FMS grew from under 100 associates and less than $2.5m in revenue to over 600 associates servicing over 15 million square feet of commercial space with 4 branches generating upwards of $15m in annual revenues in a 5 year period. In 2007, FMS was awarded the prestigious BSCAI Image of the Year.

Charlie is currently serving as Vice President of a 62 year old Louisville company, Allied Central Distributing d/b/a Allied Cleaning Solutions. His role there is to transform and redevelop the company into the top equipment and supply distributor in Louisville. In addition, Charlie is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Path Forward of KY, a human services start up firm.


He attended the University of Louisville and California Coast University earning a BS in Management. Additionally, Charlie attended the American Institute of Banking at Bellarmine University and attained certification in Transactional Analysis I and II. 

Charlie has developed a knack for developing individuals, increasing brand awareness and relationship marketing.  His wide range of business experience will give your organization a strong resource from which draw.

Non Profit

As a former Vice President of Management Development for the KY Junior Chamber of Commerce, Charlie has traveled the state of KY and to national conventions coordinating training and fund raising development for the 100,000 national member organization. He was recognized as the KY Chapter President of the Year in 2002 and represented the State of KY at the Local President's Summit in Tulsa that year. 


Charlie is an avid supporter and volunteer for Greater Louisville Inc, the Metro Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Capital Projects and Improvements Commitee and is currently Assistant Vice Chair of the annual Total Resource Fundraising Campaign. Charlie has been recognized for his contributions to the campaign and was named a Flying Ace in 2007. 

He also serves on the YMCA of Greater Louisville Association Board of Directors via his role as the Chairman of the  Bullitt County YMCA Board of Directors. Charlie is a past Membership Chair and Spirit Campaign Chair and was featured in the 2008 Spirit Campaign video for the YMCA of Greater Louisville  Association and was recognized in 2009 as a Volunteer of the Year. As a representative of the Louisville YMCA, Charlie has attended the YMCA USA 2009 World Diversity Conference and the 2009 NAYDO Conference. 

Charlie is currently serving the Kentucky Derby Festival as a member of the $1 million Hole In One committee, Mini Marathon committee and Run for the Rose committee.
